Tempurrance came to us on May 31, 2019 from Grafton where she had followed someone home the previous evening. This person observed a large open wound on her back and realized she needed medical care she could not provide.

Tempurrance was examined by her new best vet friend immediately who determined that she had moderate tartar on her teeth and that she required parasite control. Her wounds may be the result of an old abscess that had not healed or perhaps a form of dermatitis - we\'ll know more when she receives another detailed examination when she feels more comfortable with us. She wants to feel comfortable, but is still quite stressed, which will hopefully diminish as she settles in and realizes she is safe, warm and is among friends. Tempurrance\'s date of birth is estimated at about November 31, 2013.

As you can see in this latest photo, Tempurrance is doing very well. And, she DEFINITELY knows how beautiful she is! The wound on her back is almost healed and she\'s anxious to join a loving family where she can remain indoors for the rest of her life where it is safe and she\'ll be loved and cared for.
