Patches is a gorgeous, full-figured black and white beauty with green eyes. With a white underbelly and paws, she is one total cutie! Patches was surrendered to an animal control facility due to financial reasons. When she was first rescued, Patches had dermatitis, and was treated with oatmeal baths, flea prevention, and steroids, which improved her skin significantly.

Patches adores belly rubs, head bunts against you, loves to snuggle, cuddle, and will purr the whole time she does all those things! She can be a lap cat when she\'s in the mood. She warms up to strangers quickly, and is a very friendly girl.

She enjoys playing with catnip toys and string-like toys, and looking out of windows. She is curious, and can be adventurous. She doesn\'t have much of an affinity for cat trees, surprisingly, but adores being brushed. She also has random bursts of energy, gets the zoomies and plays with herself, batting her toys around.

Patches is a bit of a night owl and tends to sleep throughout the day, and be more active at night. When she is taking a cat nap, she can be found on the bed or on the couch under the sunlight. Cat beds are not her thing!

She can be very vocal when it\'s feeding time, and will tell you to hurry with her meal with some chirpy meows.

Patches has been around a small dog, and got along okay with it. She tends to run away from her foster parents\' dog, so we do not expect her to be cuddling up to a canine companion.

Patches will require a hypoallergenic
diet, to maintain her skin in good condition.
