Boxer

Penny is the most energetic pup! She is still learning how to walk nice on the leash, but with her halti she has been doing a lot better. She loves chasing her ball in an open yard. She is great at sit, stay, and come. Penny sleeps well through the nights and is crate trained. She is currently fostered with our dog (3 years old) but would do best as a solo dog in the house as she loves to be the centre of attention. She would do best with an athletic owner as she does not run out of energy.

Since TAGS is a smaller volunteer program, we are limited to facilitating adoptions only within Durham Region in Ontario. We encourage those applicants who apply out of area to check your local shelters and rescue programs. We are always happy to refer you to a program in your area.
